Terms and conditions

For the purposes of Article 46 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC), the consumer is hereby informed that, before making payment of any installment of the price corresponding to the ticket(s) for the selected event(s), they must carefully read all the rules and general conditions transcribed below, which form an integral part of the contract hereby entered into with FCA Produções Artísticas Ltda. (“FCA”), binding the parties for all legal purposes. Before making any payment, please seek clarification from FCA regarding any questions, either in person at any of our sales points, via WhatsApp at (71) 99931-9212, or by e-mail at contato@2gb.com.br.

1. FCA is the company authorized to produce and market the access shirts/tickets for the Camarote Brahma event, to be held on the “Dodô” Circuit (Barra/Ondina), from 02/12/2026 to 02/17/2026, in the temporary structure to be assembled in the front area (parking lot) of the building located at Avenida Presidente Vargas, No. 1464, Ondina, Salvador, Bahia, hereinafter referred to as the (“Event”).
2. The Event is intended for Carnival spectators, who shall have the right of access through the purchase of tickets/shirts sold for this purpose, for each day of operation of the Event, hereinafter referred to as (“Tickets”).
3. For each Ticket purchased, one shirt and one access card will be provided, both mandatory for entry on the respective day of the Event, ensuring the holder access to the “all-inclusive” services (water, soft drinks, beer, vodka, whisky, and food) at no additional cost, limited to the Event’s daily operating period (see Clause 4 below).
   1. Other services offered during the Event are subject to availability and schedules established on the day and at the Event venue.
4. The Event will be open to customers from 6:00 PM and will remain in operation until 5:00 AM the following day.
5. By making payment of any installment of the price, the consumer commits to fully complying with these contractual sales conditions, thereby expressing full knowledge and agreement with the entire content of this contract.
6. The consumer may not cut or alter the access shirt, nor remove the security seal or mark attached to it, and acknowledges that they will not be allowed to remain inside the Event unless wearing the shirt and carrying the corresponding access card for that day. Attendance at the Event will only be permitted when both the shirt and access card are used together.
7. The shirt delivered to the consumer may contain brands, trademarks, or advertising messages from sponsors contracted by FCA, to which the consumer agrees.
8. In cases where the consumer is a minor, they must inform this condition when collecting the shirt and present an official identity document, at which time they will receive a specific shirt and access card, as required by the Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute and Ordinance No. 001/2012 of the Juvenile Court of Salvador/BA, since their image cannot be associated with alcoholic beverages.
   1. Minors will not be allowed to attend the Event without proper identification, the specific shirt, and the corresponding access card. They must also be accompanied by their parents or a formally designated legal guardian. The consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors during the Event is strictly prohibited. Any minor found consuming alcohol inside the venue will be immediately removed from the Event without the right to return. Furthermore, providing alcohol or facilitating its consumption by minors constitutes a criminal offense under Article 243 of the Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA).
9. Under the provisions of Laws No. 10,406/2002, 9,610/1998, and 13,709/2018, the consumer hereby agrees to grant FCA, free of charge and voluntarily, the right to use their image and voice in photographs, videos, and other recordings made by FCA and its representatives during the Event, on a permanent basis, provided that ethical and moral standards are respected, as well as the applicable provisions of Brazilian law.
   1. The use of image and voice may include publication, transmission, and sharing on social media, journalistic content, institutional materials of FCA and its partners, including videos, photographs, and audio recordings, for marketing and sales purposes, at any time and in any territory, without restriction.
   2. This authorization is granted for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time by either party through a unilateral written notice, dated and signed by the party requesting termination and delivered to the other party, which must acknowledge receipt.
10. Purchase orders placed outside FCA’s physical establishments, including through electronic means, are subject to confirmation, which the consumer undertakes to obtain from FCA within 72 hours after issuance of the respective order. The purchase shall only be valid after confirmation has been obtained.
11. Payments must be made exclusively at FCA’s headquarters or at the banks indicated on the payment slips (“boletos”) issued by FCA. FCA shall not be responsible for payments made to third parties.
12. Late payment of any installment shall result in the application of a 2% penalty fee, monetary adjustment based on the IGPM-FGV index, and default interest of 0.03% per day.
13. Delay in payment of any installment for more than sixty (60) days shall authorize the automatic termination of the contract, cancellation of the purchase, and forfeiture in favor of FCA of an amount equivalent to 20% of the total amount paid, as a compensatory penalty for administrative expenses. In such cases, in addition to the penalty, any values corresponding to promotional gifts received at the time of purchase shall also be deducted, if applicable.
14. The refund amount shall be paid by FCA upon request sent by the customer via e-mail at contato@2gb.com.br, WhatsApp at (71) 99931-3212, or delivered at one of its stores, within up to thirty (30) days after the Event takes place. The customer must also provide all original proof of payment documents at FCA’s headquarters.
15. The consumer may withdraw from the purchase without penalty only when the purchase was made outside FCA’s establishment (through electronic means), within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the Event has not yet occurred and that the shirt(s) and access ticket(s) have not yet been collected.
